Liliana Reyes


Last April Mrs. Reyes was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Mexican Association of PE & VC Funds, AMEXCAP. From 2013 to 2018 she was Venture Capital Director at the National Entrepreneurship Institute (INADEM), the federal government institution in charge of implementing, executing and coordinating the national policy to support entrepreneurs and foster innovation and competitiveness. She has more than 15 years of experience in development banks in areas such as projects evaluation, technical assistance and project management with multilateral and bilateral funding. She has worked as an independent consultant and project manager of local economic development projects financed with international cooperation funds. Mrs. Reyes has graduated in international affairs from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. She has a Master in Local Economic Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Master in International Cooperation and Project Management from the Instituto Universitario Ortega y Gasset from Madrid, Spain. She also has a Diploma in Private Equity from the IPADE Business School.
